Ragusa II

Today was dominated by lunch at a local winery. 

This took 3 hours, including a quick look around production, then 6 courses of food! With wines to match. 
This was our favourite dish (raw fish).
Wines and soil types from different regions that they grow in. 

Nobody wanted dinner. So once we returned to the Piazza we wandered around as a group and agreed on a drink together and a gelato later in the evening. 
Local hand made ceramics shop.

It turns out that the St George celebration lasts for 3 days, including the very loud rock music. Music aside it has been great to see the town in such a lively state. 
Tomorrow we attend a first cooking school before moving on to our next location.
