Modica Cooking School

Today we headed off to another, important, cooking school. It is the one which inspired Nicky's book 'The Food of Love Cookery School'.

Katia, who runs this cookery school is just lovely and the long family history of the property is very interesting for guests from a nation as young as NZ.

Katia cooked Modica chocolate for us (no butter or added fats) - Yum.

Then  she got us involved in creating our lunch.

Boys called to the front! No hiding. 
Semolina flour and water. No eggs.
Chocolate chicken. Surprisingly good.
A great way to spend the day, before returning to the pool and its bar 😁.
More food tomorrow apparently. So we skipped dinner today. We really haven't eaten too much in recent days.
