Perhaps we should have gone out to Mdina too play act Game of Thrones but decided it would look out of place without dragons.
Next, we stumbled across an old monastery used by cloistered nuns. It was both interesting (nuns tombs on site) and peaceful.
This cute little cat followed us everywhere we went in the monastery; showing us that it was allowed to sleep on mother superiors pillow!
St Paul's (Anglican) church is very plain compared with the Catholic churches. Although this might explain why the parishioners made the fancy seats cushions.
We have been impressed by Malta's (Valletta) clean streets and absence of graffiti. Then we discovered to good reasons:
And the good old fashioned 'refund for returning rubbish' (bottles). It was good to see folk who are a few Euro short moving around picking up bottles and depositing at machines which seem to credit them at the machine.
