Bath

Today we drove from Port Isaac (in the rain, finally) to observe how the Romans bathed, and then to bath ourselves next door in a modern facility.

At the end of the day we had dinner in a 310 year old pub, which isn't that dramatic over here but it remains fun to use such facilities that were built before James Cook set out on his search for NZ.

No coffee here Sir.... But good tea and food.
Special part of town.
Walking where the Romans did. They built things to last, even though some unimpressive Christians(?) decided to build over the top of it!
The spring. Recovered structures underneath are just as impressive.
New guests for a very old pub.
