NZ road work isn't great, but these folk made an art of being slow. We waited here for about 15-20 minutes while some guys stared at the concrete and talked about 200m ahead of us. For the most part the road's have been surprisingly empty but this day they were busy, and thus dusty (it's been 80% gravel)
